The VISION pursued by the Company is defined as follows: As a leading company in security internationally, first reference for our Customers(both external and internal), Employees, Suppliers, Community and Shareholders:
The Quality, Occupational Hazard Prevention and Environment Policy for the Company includes delivering products suitable for use according to the customers’ requests, promoting at the same time respect to natural resources and workers’ security and improving the conditions of a clean and safe space in a dynamic and continued way, thus achieving satisfaction for Customers, staff and dwellers of its surroundings. The Company Management wishes to inform its staff, Customers and Suppliers through this document that the Quality, Security and Environment POLICY to abide will be as follows: 1.- In terms of Quality: "To satisfy our Customers, delivering goods in time with the right Quality and fulfilling specifications requested in their contracts, as well as supporting the focus on processes, the signalling of goals, continued improvement and observance of applicable legislation". 2.- In terms of Occupational Hazard Prevention: A tendency towards prevention of risks derived from the Company’s activities and the minimizing of its consequences, based on the principle of continued improvement in preventive action. To secure continued observance of applicable Legislation related to Security and Labour Health. This type of Policy Management is the responsibility of the Company Management and, as a result, it’s up to the whole EXECUTIVE PERSONEL to put into practice the SYSTEM’s prevention activities with the same intensity, efficiency and responsibility as the rest of the tasks assigned. It is also each and every employee’s responsibility and they must actively commit themselves, both in setting up and developing the SYSTEM, making it theirs and engaging in its activities. 3.- As for Environment: “Reduction of environmental impact caused by locks and accesories supplied to our customers; manufacturing processes, including those of surface treatments, and services, establishing and updating goals aimed at the prevention of pollution, as for example are water depuration and reduction of residues, as well as supporting an increasing improvement and the abiding of environmental laws and the requisites that must be expected from the organisation of the Company.” The Company Management assumes and commits itself to accomplish and make others accomplish the goals for which the 3G1 MANUAL has been established. This means that said Management obligates itself to make the Policy described in this Manual accomplished, to watch that the guidelines it describes are widely known and entirely observed, to follow its implantation and the efficiency of its dispositions, and to provide the necessary resources to ensure the System’s application. Due to all this, it delegates on the figure of the Quality and Environment Manager for the development of the System, its evaluations and the application of dispositions included in this Manual, providing her/him with the authority to stop any process not conforming to the established requirements. It also delegates on the figure of the RRHH Manager the activities related to Occupational Hazard Prevention.
