TESA ASSA ABLOY launches a new reversible panic version of the 2030F and 2UB0F double-bolt locks on the market, thus eliminating specific product references for different opening directions. Until now, when ordering panic locks with an external handle, it was necessary to choose the product reference corresponding to the required opening direction, which led to frequent errors in orders and meant that on many occasions the product that arrived was not the one required for installation. From now on, the new double 2030F and 2UB0F locks incorporate a system that allows you to choose your opening direction easily and quickly at the time of installation.
With this new version, product references are unified and the ordering process is simplified by not differentiating between different opening directions. When installing the lock, the installer chooses the opening direction at that moment and assigns it quickly and easily: simply by removing the screw housed under the spindle, the side that does not have the panic function is selected. And if the two screws are retained, the panic function is maintained on both sides.
This new development seeks to provide better customer service by making the ordering process easier and in the long run will mean a reduction in returns and will allow the installer or distributor to simplify installations and reduce stock.
The TESA ASSA ABLOY specifications department puts at your service a team of experienced professionals and tools that facilitate the definition of the entrances in the project, which allows you to work in a more efficient way, saving both time and money.
