Master key systems

Masterkeying is the ideal solution for neighbouring communities. The general idea is that each owner is able to open, with just one single key building's common areas (main entrance, garage access, access to box rooms, etc.) and the dwelling's door, but is unable to open any other dwellings. Among its main features we find: -The convenience of managing one single key (which eliminates the cost of duplicating several keys). - Ease for maintenance staff to do their work, and improving the management of access points. - It allows for expanding the installations with new dwellings or common areas, provided that they have been foreseen in advance.
