The Challenge

The Les Méditerranées camping complex is the ideal place to spend days of well-being as a couple or family. It features numerous facilities such as a spa, pools, sauna, and unique services like massages by qualified personnel across the three establishments: Charlemagne, Nouvelle Floride, and Beach Garden.

Considering the numerous access points and their diverse nature, traditional mechanical locks were outdated for their needs, leading them to seek an electronic solution.

Solution

With the TESA Hotel Wireless access control solution, any credential can be revoked with a single click at any time.

It also allows the campground’s security and maintenance personnel to access real-time activity of each lock, as well as remotely open, lock, or set locks to passage mode. Access schedules can be defined, and staff can be added or removed, with preventive maintenance possible thanks to low battery alerts sent by the TESA Hotel software, allowing for timely replacements before they run out.
