The main challenges of the project were related to system management and access control, and implementing them in an efficient and secure way. Without an appropriate system, managing access and ensuring security efficiently and practically was difficult.
The Wireless Online system enables full control of the i-max locks installed throughout the residence. The locks and software communicate in real time, instantly collecting all information stored by the locks and immediately updating any changes made in the software database.

For the manager, it allows centralized and highly flexible management. There is no need to go lock by lock, as everything is controlled from the server. They can view access logs, alarms, incidents, or battery status in real time and act immediately without needing access to the user’s credentials
Being scalable, the system supports the addition of new features, such as mobile credentials, as requirements arise. Additionally, through TESA Hotel’s Web Manager software, staff can grant, modify, or revoke access permissions for any students or employee at any time. It’s agile, secure, and greatly facilitates daily operations.
